I’ve been taking melatonin for years, and I’ve tried just about every brand out there. These are by far the most effective I have ever taken.They taste great, I love that I can order them in large quantities, and they actually work. Within 30 minutes of taking it I feel relaxed and ready to doze off. I definitely recommend them.

I love everything about these. I take 6mgs a night. Which is one gummy. The value is amazing. I think I’ve tried almost every gummy melatonin brand out there at this point. I’ve never been able to get 180 for this price! That will last me 180 days at that! I’ve paid more for much less! The taste is great as well! I’ve seen people comment about the little bit of dust on them. (Pictured) That is so they don’t stick together or stick to the bottle! It’s actually a good thing. As others I’ve used that didn’t have it, became a problem! I’d have to take a chopstick to get them off the bottom of the container. Or they would have stuck together in transit from the heat. So if that’s a concern… it shouldn’t be. It’s basically like when you use corn starch or flour. It’s not going to hurt you. You’ll be thankful when you’re not sitting there trying to pull them apart or get them off the sides/bottom of the bottle. The last picture I posted is of my last bottle that didn’t have the dusting. Stuck together on the bottom of the bottle. At least you won’t have to worry about that!

They taste good, they don't bother the stomach, even when one is feeling 'delicate' and they work very quickly to soothe. These have become my favorite brand for consistent quality.

I wanted to love these Carlyle Tahoe Nutritionals apple cider vinegar gummies because they taste really good—like sweet apple candy with no harsh vinegar aftertaste, which is a win! 🍎But honestly, after finishing the bottle, I didn’t feel a big difference in energy, digestion, or appetite control. They're nice as a treat and maybe for the added B12 and folic acid, but if you're expecting serious results, you might want something stronger.Pros:– Tastes great– Easy to take– No stomach irritationCons:– No noticeable changes– A little too sugary for a supplementCute for beginners, but I’ll keep searching for something more effective.

Works great. I have yet to take a whole dose. Just one works very well.

It seems as though these gummies could also help improve your mood. Of course your mood is improved when getting good sleep BUT these seems to have turned my dad's life around in a month.I know it's a bit extreme to say that, but my dad has been in this deep somber phase after his stroke in 7 yrs to where he became different and depressive person.He's taken all kinds of medicine for sleep, but none worked. It seemed as though they kept him up longer. He would go to bed around 2a or 3a, then wake back up around 8a. Or he'd force himself to go to sleep, and will toss/turn all night, he would wake up foggy and grumpy.He has had these for a month, and my dad has been chippier, lighter, no fogginess, goes to sleep around 11p, wakes up around 10a with a smile on his face. He's even speaking and remembering more. Total turnaround from what He's been the last 7 yrs. Idk, but Im happy to have my dad back.He asked me to order more :)

I was always looking to see if midnite was available they are the first I used. I have used 3 brands they all work pretty close to the same. These have the most count in the bottle and are cheaper. These also taste pretty good they have a funky taste when you first try them but not so much after. Was kind of like you knew it was coming so was not a surprise.
