Have tried many different brands of incontinence pads. My biggest problem was with nighttime incontinence. When I was awakened out of a sound sleep, I could not get out of bed and to the bathroom soon enough without losing control. With other pads, I had big leaks. With these, no leaks so far in the last 3 weeks! Just ordered more! No longer afraid that my bed, night clothes, floor, and me are wet with urine.

I am caregiver to an incapacitated parent whose incontinence has been, to say the least, a challenge. I have tried multiple types, styles, and assorted pads to try and keep her comfortable and protected throughout the night. Some have been just alright, while others have been downright failures. These were the last resort, and these ate the best of the lot. They are super absorbent, comfortable, and provide her that degree of security and dignity she deserves. I will stick with this product as long as they keep making them. Please don't stop, you are providing a great service to an underserved clientele.

Most leak proof pad I have tried. Over the years I have tried a number of overnight pads, extra absorbency pads, you name it. I saw this on another format and thought well let's give it a try. I have to report that these do work and work very well. Only one leak since I began using them. Wonderful product. Will order again.

These are pretty much the Cadillac of incontinent pads. Pretty. Shaped well. Conforms nicely, so comfortable. Well made. Not a bad price. No fragrance. Stays put. It prob won't be long til I need a pad as thick as this one, so I'll keep this pkg till I do. If you've got significantly more than a dribble, I recommend these.

I’ve tried about every pad on the market and had burning skin issues, then I found elite, I was delirious to finally find something I could use, until Covid, elite price shot up sky high, then they cut back on the adhesive, then I couldn’t find them at all (12/2022). I got Because Pads to try and I must say, after a 2 weeks wear, I’m very pleased. No irritation, great adhesive, long enough, hold a lot and very comfortable. It truly was a pleasant surprise.
