Very good but expensive
American dentist Dr. Ellie Phillips recommends taking these xylitol mints after meals, snacks, or drinks to alkalise your mouth. I followed her recommendation and am glad I did. These mints contain only four natural ingredients and nothing else. The only drawback is their high price, due to the delivery costs incurred from America.

An addition to oral healthcare
I bought these on recommendation. I don't use mouthwash but very occasionally needed a little extra and these do the job well. They dissolve easily and are a light minty taste. I have very sensitive gums and these don't irritate at all. 5*
