Best product on the market!
I have used a lot of ear cleaning products in my life time. No products out there will completely dissolve your ear wax, so get the idea out of your head that you will be able to just dissolve the cerumen plug (conglomerate of ear wax blocking your auditory canal). I have tried the elephant ear washing kit alone by itself. Yeah it may get the cerumen plug out, but it can also cause vertigo and possibly rupture your ear drum. Trying to scrape the ear wax out with a tool is also dangerous. It’s very easy to scrape and cut the inside of your ear canal, which can result in an infection. Also many times people just end up pushing the cerumen plug in further. So what then should I use? The best way for me is to soften up the cerumen plug, and use a bulb to syringe it out with warm water. Of the ingredients out there to dissolve cerumen plugs, sodium bicarbonate is the best. It works better than hydrogen peroxide. You just need to avoid over using the product because it can change the ph in your ear and increase your risk of swimmers ear. I always use earwax MD because they are the only ones who use sodium bicarbonate.

Audiologist recommend to me
Bought this for my mother, because this is what her audiologist recommended. She has hearing aids and to keep her ears clear from wax, so her hearing g aids work properly he said this was the best.

If Martin Shkreli made Earwax products this would be it.
Ok, so I've been having ear blockage problems for a while mainly because of 'keratosis' which basically means that keratin skin cells shed inside my ear canal and make it harder for ear wax to come out. I've been to numerous ENT doctors, since my left ear gets blocked every now and then. Some doctors have been able to help but most of them have not. I've done the irrigation, suction and curet extraction. I've tried debrox, colace, hydrogen peroxide and almond oil. Nothing really has worked for me but Earwax MD has given me the best results. It wasn't 'miraculous' for me, since it took like 12 30minute applications to get some results. Not sure if all the wax is out but I did notice a positive effect and my hearing is about 95% restored. I will continue to apply it but for maintenance and hopefully get whatever is left out. What I don't like about this product, and the reason I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I dislike the company's marketing and I don't think it's as innovative as they claim. The formula is basically baking soda, water, glycerin, alcohol and a couple of other ingredients. These ingredients have been used as home remedies for ear wax removal for a while but this company just puts them all together and sells it as an 'innovative formula' with a price tag of 20USD for something that would cost much less to produce. You can get similar products with similar formulas in other countries for 2USD. They portray themselves as humanistic yet they charge more than double than their US competitors. I wonder if I would get the same results by simply applying baking soda with water and then some glycerin for 1/8 of the cost and without the sensation of being ripped off.Other than that, the product does work but these ingredients have been used for decades as home remedies for ear wax removal.

I think it works?
I will update this if I get a better idea of what is going on.First, I'm obsessed with clean ears, and often use debrox or peroxide. I do also use Q tips.Based on reviews, I let this solution sit in my ear for 45 minutes before draining and rinsing. One thing I noticed is that this seems extremely gentle, almost like putting water in the ear canal. I tilted my head and let the solution drain into a paper towel, and also used the bulb to rinse my ear.I did not see anything come out of my ear. That said, getting enough pressure and water from the bulb for sufficient rinsing was difficult for me.I was initially disappointed with the results. I could not tell if I could hear better or if I felt like I could because my ear had been full of liquid for nearly an hour. I decided to go back to trusty peroxide since I was already in the process of cleaning my ears. When I put the peroxide in my ear, it did not bubble at all...so my best guess is that the Earwax MD worked, because that has never happened. This actually made me far more confident in the product. On that note, even if it does clean really well, it is a bit unclear if you've used enough time or if it is even working, and I wish there was a way to measure that with this product (similar to how peroxide bubbles slow down when ears get cleaner.I did have a pretty uncomfortable itch in my left ear when I initially put the product in that seemed to lessen as time went on, but then again, it could have been a simple itch.I will be doing my right ear later today or tomorrow and will update this as appropriate. That ear tends to have more issues with feeling full and making cracking noises, and it seems the ear canal is longer as well.Either way, even though this is still a mystery to me, the evidence in front of me seems to suggest that this probably works, and it is likely superior to peroxide and debrox. It definitely did not cause dryness or sensitivity, which is a definite bonus.

It works!!!
I woke up to an extremely muffled ear this morning and tried to find any way to fix it. I used a Q tip to no avail, only making my ear much more worse. I immediately looked up any way to resolve my issue and discomfort, when I came across this product. I was skeptical at first receiving this product as I had never done it before but knew I couldn’t bear the discomfort much longer. The instructions were spot on as I laid down on my side and was assisted by my spouse when applying the ear drops and right away I started feeling small subtle sounds which comforted me that it was working. After the 15 minutes was up, I then went into the bathroom where I had a bit of an issue trying to put the purple drainer with water and clear out my ear however after a couple attempts, it worked and I was hearing like normal again. This product really does break down the earwax! 5 out of 5 stars and saved me a trip to the er and discomfort!
