Just BeeSleeptime Honey, Lavender flavoured Natural Honey with Valerian Root and Vitamin B (260g jar)

It has a very apparent valerian and lavender taste which I enjoy a lot but it can be a bit strong if you’re just having it on its own rather than mixed into a drink. It’s decent value from money but I don’t use it very frequently. It’s got a natural flavour to it and isn’t artificial tasting, it’s effective at making me tired, and I have noticed it helps me sleep better after I’ve had some at night.

Lovely bedtime drink

thought this would be ideal for me to get some sleep, but unfortunately it had no effect at all and I never liked the taste or the smell of it. so back to the drawing board and £12 down the drain.

Really made it easier to fall asleep and when I didn't take it noticed the difference immediately. I've never been able to sleep well. It takes forever for me to fall asleep and I will wake up at least three times through the night. This has actually helped me to fall asleep and while I still wake up through the night I can get back to sleep easier. I prefer it in warm milk to using hot water. The smell other reviews mention is the valerian. Valerian has a very distinct smell to it, its not a pleasant smell but it is less noticeable in milk than in water or just off the spoon. I found the taste to be much better than it smells and it helps me fall asleep. I'll be buying more. Really is a very good product.

Easy to make but very sweet, don’t think I will be using it. Made no difference to sleep.

This is absolutely brilliant , I'm making sure I have plenty at home , lovely to drink in your tea or just by the spoon

Certainly helps me drift off, quietens my noisy mind, but I still wake during the night but drift off again ok.
