Better than the original fitting...
The plunger went on out bathroom sink and it was the plastic connector rusted and broken.This little fitting is easy to apply and much more stable than original.A good purchase...

Metal Rod Link Good Quality
Just what I needed easy to fit my original was made of plastic rubbish and only lasted a week, When I went to the plumbing shop they were interested in selling a new complete waste kit which still only had a plastic fitting. So I purchased this one job done with expertise.

Too shallow thread
The thread for one of the screws is far too shallow so too little purchase, it is not as in photo

Loose fit
Only one of the tightening bolts is long enough to grip the rods securely. Totally useless as purchased. You will have to find a bolt of same thread (and longer) to make it fit.
