I had reduced cold duration for years using Echinacea extract. This past week, I started getting the painful scratchy throat and fever chills, but couldn't find my extract and Amazon didn't carry extract, so thought I'd order this. I've got a pretty strong immune system, but by the time this arrived (1 day), I had most of the symptoms of a cold.I took 2 in the afternoon, then 2 more in the evening, and already was feeling better. By the 2nd day, the cold symptoms were almost gone, but I still had the sore throat and some mucus. By day 3, all symptoms were gone.It worked for me.I have NO idea why echnacea works for colds, but it does if you catch the symptoms within the first 48 hours, or as close to the very beginning as you can. I read that it works by building your own immune system up to fight the cold off yourself. This makes sense, since there are so many different strains of colds/flu you can get, that it's got to be triggering your own immune system and not directly attacking the virus.Anyway, I was happy about the low price compared to even regular decongestant, which I also bought, paid more for than this.... and never needed at all. Very happy I tried this! Hope this helps.

Works well

the vitamins weren’t bad or anything, but i’ll say that i didn’t know that you needed to take them 6 times a day? that seems excessive. plus i barely eat 1-2 meals a day so i’m afraid to take that much because i don’t want to get sick from taking them on an empty stomach. if i only needed 2 a day for the promised results, i would repurchase. however, since you need to take 6 a day & don’t get much in the bottle considering a serving size, it isn’t great for the price of this product

This is one of my go to brands due to the brand being vetted. Every vitamin is not vetted. I was told about echinacea by a co worker. He said he took it when he thought he was getting sick. I tried it because I get sick a lot colds or worse. At least for me, it worked. It either stopped me from getting sick or lowered the length and strength of the illness. If it is all in my head, oh well, I trust this product and only use as directed-for a few days, a few times a day then stop. I also checked with my doctor before starting it. the price for this was good. It arrived as promised and on time considering the pandemic.

Great brand. Love echinacea. We were told about it by a woman who has severe asthma and she uses this when it is allergy season. I am NOT a medical person. This is NOT medical advice. My son uses it when his allergy medicine just can't handle the increase in seasonal allergies. I use it when I feel a cold or sinuses coming on. I don't know if it shortens the problem but I found that it helps with that fuzzy head feeling and lets you function a bit more effectively.

Was hard to find echinacea in the stores so glad I found it on Amazon
