Cardboard Container!?!
Only 3 stars because the product is in a cardboard container. The spice will lose its freshness quicker than if it were in a glass container or even metal. I'm disappointed about this.

My ALL TIME favorite Cajun spice
My ALL TIME favorite Cajun spice. Typically I sautee shrimp with this seasoning... place in soup bowl. I am a blender gazpacho and carefully pour the soup around the shrimp. Top with diced avocado and you have a great summer main dish.This seasoning has a kick, not not too much and is wonderful in a variety of foods!

Flavorful
I really liked this seasoning, because it didn't taste too salty. I actually didn't need to use salt because the seasoning had enough flavor. The amount is decent, I just wish I wasn't so pricy.
