When I was looking for a set of sun-protective gloves, I had narrowed it down to these and the Solbari ones. I'm glad I went with these. I have a sensitivity to the sun and therefore need to take extra precautions when out and about. The Gannet gloves from Coolibar have offered an ideal fit and level of protection. I've used them for about a year now for driving, hiking, and bike riding. They have held up really well. Some of the reviews I had read mentioned stitiching problems, but the pair I got have been quite resilient. They're so comfortable you forget you're wearing them. I thought the Cooltect technology was just a gimmick but it actually works; even in the hot sun you feel a cooling effect from the gloves.The only thing that I would recommend improving on would be the silver touch-compatible tips that wear out rather quickly, and the silicone grips on the palm that start to come loose after some time. Not deal-breakers, I would still replace the pair I own with the same brand.As or the sizing, some reviewers mention these running small, others them running large. I went with the sizing on the Coolibar website and settled on a Medium. For reference, I'm a male with 8 1/4 in circumference around the palm, and 7 1/2 in from wrist to tip of middle finger.

I was looking for some top notch sun driving gloves, as I recently had a pre-cancerous mole removed and skin cancer runs in my family. My skin is very sensitive to the sun as well, and I burn quite easily, so I needed the best of the best.These gloves are a lifesaver. I pack them with me everywhere I go when I drive, or if I will be out in the sun for a long period of time. They fit wonderfully and true to size based on hand circumference measurement. They are very comfortable, and the non-slip grip on the palms is a great safety feature to have while driving. The touchscreen material on the fingers works well too. They are also quite cooling, so it doesn't feel like you are wearing oven mitts on a super hot day.Overall, these gloves are well worth it and a great investment to protect hands from irreversible sun damage, and a great preventative measure against skin cancer.

These gloves are lightweight, have touch-screen functionality, and are a breathable material. They are great for running or protecting your hands when out and about and look very cool also. They have a comfortable, slippery feel and the palm has a grippy portion that is helpful for grabbing keys, while driving, or using a handheld phone.I would recommend these 10/10 for everyday and activewear and am an avid supporter of the company and their mission.These gloves are 100% worth it and I would also highly recommend their other headgear (i.e. women's Abacos fishing mask and Alverstone UV sun mask). These are quality products and provide excellent protection against harmful UV-A rays.

I have used these gloves now for over a year. time to write a review.they are very comfortable. and fit well. I bought them originally for sun cancer protection.. They work to perfection saving me trips to the dermatologist to have ugly spots on my hands removed. the added bonus is that I have hand arthritis and these gloves grip the car wheel making driving painless. the best driving gloves.I have bought sun protection items from this company for many years and I can guarantee that their products last. excellent company

The gloves come in a handy little, color-matching pouch, which is very courteous. The gloves feel comfortable on my skin and ffit reasonably well. I am able to use my touch screens with them on.The product material looks cheaper than it did online, and there is a design detail on the palm side that didn't come through in the photos.However, overall, it meets my needs, sun protection in ashade close ro my own, and is easy to use.

I love my gloves! I was pleasantly surprised that they come with a storage pouch. The gloves are comfortable, breathable and fit me well. Although I did size down. I thought they looked bulky on some reviewers’ photos so sizing down was a good choice for me. They are stretchy, and I like that the sensor wraps around the pointer fingers. The little rubber grips work well too. I am able to use my phone with ease while wearing these. The color is gorgeous, just like the photos. These gloves seem like they would be great for left handed people too, since the sensors are on both hands. I purchased these to use for driving. But I plan to use them while walking my dog too. These are much better than the old pair I had. And way better than all the cheapie brands on Amazon. These are very much worth the cost. I also have fingerless gloves by REI too and I like them too. But I may end up buying another pair from Coolibar too. I really enjoy this fabric which is recommended by the Skin Cancer Foundation.

This glove is more expensive, but it's thin, breathable, nicely built, fits my hands very well. Two figures are touch screen sensitive so you can use your cell phone where wearing your gloves.

I need to avoid sun due to some meds I take. This are great for driving. Come up a little higher than most sun protection glove.
