Love this!
So I suffer from severe Postpartum Depression and have been working on ways to help with my daily life so that I can reduce stress, and anxiety. This is a great little tool to have for anyone because you can put them in your purse or back pocket and have them as needed. Some are words of inspiration others have you meditate for a couple of minutes. It really is just a nice way to stop for a few minutes in this busy world we live in a regroup yourself. It impacts my life daily and I absolutely love how it can calm me down when needed.These are the size of a standard card deck and are somewhat glossy so can withstand some usage. I got mine out instantly and mixed them all up them put them back in the box so I could be surprised every time I use them!I am so happy I chose this because it is worth it!

Great product!
The cards are of a heavy stock, colorful, and has large print! Cheerful messages, activities to make you relax or meditate, and some that provoke deep thoughts. I've enjoyed them very much. Highly recommend!

Creatively written cards help alleviate stress.
I found the relaxation scenarios to be very creative and useful in-session. Someone really thought these through. Clients respond well to the exercises. I had to take away one star for the small font size on the cards.

I know you’ll love them too
I love these cards. I keep them in my purse and when I need a little mindfulness, I pick one out I the deck and hold it my hands or put it into my a pocket that’s closest to my core or my heart. I also commute (22 miles) with my daughter that’s a senior in HS everyday. Some days, when I know she has a big test or she has something going on in her life, I’ll have her pick out a card and read it out loud to me. She will also carry the card around, use it as a bookmark for the day or put it into her pocket to help her stay focused and centered. I want another pack so that I if I see a parent that’s dealing with say, a tired crying toddler or maybe even randomly place them in the drivers window for a little more patience and a little road rage. Maybe I’ll write on the back of them, too pass it a long to someone else. Friend, husband, sister... leave it with a cash tip on the table for the waiter/ess who work their ass off getting us our orders. Or maybe it’s you that needs a bit of a pick me up... I’d give one to you. Remember to smile and laugh.

Exactly as expected and what I needed.
Take the messages and advice on the cards seriously, and this /will/ help you. One of the exercises involves clenching your muscles and releasing them from one end to the other in order to release any tension you may be unaware of and thus make you relaxed and aware. This is actually an exersice I learned in yoga a few years back and used regularly before (and still after) I found this deck; in order to relax, let go of anxiety, and fall asleep. Works amazing, and the other exercises on these cards are also great for focus, anxiety, stress (yeah stress and anxiety are separate entities, they just love to work together though), and relaxation.Love that its standard card deck size, love the pattern and the future potential for application. Trust in the exercise, commit, and these can help ease your nd like they do mine

Excellent Mindfulness Cards
As a therapist I like to have mindfulness exercises available to introduce to my clients. We all have a metaphorical toolbox but struggle with actually putting those tools into practice. This set addresses that issue, is easy to use, and describes each activity in depth, in easy to understand language. I really love them because they also provide a synopsis of why and how each particular activity is beneficial. I use and recommend these daily.
