It works for sleep, not too strong, doesn’t work as a sedative but does definitely aid getting to sleep easier mostly. No stomach irritation.

I started taking these on a morning with Green tea which also has L-Theanine and got a nice good feeling first thing on a morning. I did this as I had read up that Cortisol is highest first thing on a morning and L-Theanine helps combat this. It does work for me is all I am saying so will continue to use.
