I viewed and visited most places that sell hoods over a months of searching.I decided on this one because we wanted glass and because the installation video (in listing) made it seem easy to install... it was and I did it myself.We love it, it works and looks great

This is a modern looking vent hood that works great and noise level is low

The media could not be loaded. Update Three - Seller worked with me to finally get me an undamaged and working unit. It took a little bit of conversation and time but I now finally have a working unit and the seller went the extra mile to ship the last one quickly.Update two After some discussion with the seller they finally sent me a replacement unit ..... problem is unit number two arrived shattered. This was most likely the shipping company.Update one - Seller offered a $30 refund for a brand new $320 unit that is not working. They are trying to tell me the fan is very quiet on level one but funny thing is the flaps are closed and the fan is not spinning or moving ANY air.The good - it is really a nice looking unitThe restAfter 1 week of use Level 1 of the fan is no longer working. Just stopped while running on level one . Level 2 and 3 work but not level 1 now. And mounting even with the help of a person that installs stuff like this for a living was a bit of a pain.Problem is now that I have drilled the 9 holes for this unit in my stainless steel backsplash it would be a real costly repair to go to something else. The chimney on this unit is wide and I wanted that but now the holes drilled to mount it would be exposed if I replaced it with something else.ANTI-FINGERPRINT PAINTING: - no not really it shows everywhere you touch it but the paint looks good and seems durable and is easy to clean. You really won't touch it after instillation except for cleaning anyway.QUIET OPERATION - no - The noise level is about that of a vacuum cleaner. There is no hearing a TV in the next room when this is running. They could actually help this issue probably with a bit of insulation around the inside of the chimney.A big disappointment that I seem to be stuck with now unless I want to a major renovation of the area that was just done in anticipation of this vent.

Beautiful product. install video very helpful. Fan is powerful and silent and dual lights really lightens the cooking top. Outstanding value for the money !!

Pretty expensive for something that doesn’t work. Had bad delivery experience, box was damaged from USPS dragging the box everywhere and to top it off, mail lady just let it fall to ground so not sure if this problem was due to that but I didn’t see any area damaged. Touch buttons don’t work, I touched and pushed and nothing it’s non responsive.
