These shoes saved my life
I’m so glad this company exists to offer transitional zero drop wide toe box shoes. I was in a serious car accident that devastated my life as a I know it. I got to where I couldn’t even sit in a chair or stand for more than a few minute at A time because systemic injuries and a back and neck injury. I basically had to throw away all my shoes because the foot pain from standing in them was untenable after the wreck. I had been wearing zero drop shoes for the most Part but because of the lack of options available locally and affordably I wasn’t getting shoes that were wide toe box enough, which along with the rest of the fit is the most important part of a healthy shoe above all else because of my injuries I need more cushion than the typical barefoot injury. This tennis shoe was a dream as soon as I put it on. I also added another zero drop insert into it (a crock foam insert I got on Amazon) and it provided just the right amount of cushion. They really helped me start to progress more in physical therapy and start taking short walks. I tried Olympia Altras at first but these are so much more comfortable to me. I then tried the Altra escalates and one other style by them and again these are just way more comfortable because the sole is flexible. And if someone wants the more barefoot feel they don’t have to add the insert I added or they can even remove the one in there. I also think the barefoot part of the equation can go To far when many of us are all walking around on cement a lot of the time and when there’s a good balance that can be found in combining traditional wisdom with progress. I also love the price point on these shoes and the fact that even though they have a wink of what folks call clown shape to them (which is just the shape of a normal foot) like a lot of primal shoes, they are adorable. They really are a cute and comfortable shoes. I just really wish this company would increase the size on their ballet flat because they don’t have my size in that shoe. I’m a 10-10.5 but I feel best in a 11 in these shoes so I had extra room for my toes. So I wish they would go up to an 11 in their ballet flat. I could have probably got a way with a 10.5. I got the gray and they look great with long pillazzo pants and also even with the right skirt or dress.

Very nice barefoot sneakers
I have very wide, short (8 inches heel-to-toe), and tall (instep) feet, so I was looking for a nice pair of white sneakers that would not squish my toes and allow my feet to move a bit more naturally. I ordered size 6, which fits my feet very well. Since buying these, they have become one of my absolute favorite pairs of shoes, because they are just so comfortable! They are excellent shoes for driving, and I usually forget that I'm wearing them because of how comfortable they are. I wear them on most of my walks, and while they probably wouldn't withstand heavy walking without wearing out the insole, the outer sole is holding up pretty well. Even with the insole, I can feel the different surfaces I'm walking on without feeling like I'd get cut if I stepped on something sharp, which is very nice. My toes have room to spread out and move freely (while my pinky toe cannot spread out fully to the side, it is not squished inward towards the other toes). They are obviously not the first choice for fashionable shoes, but they don't look so much like clown shoes that I feel self-conscious wearing them in public. And I really like how many color options there are! I would not be surprised if I ordered another pair of these in another color, or maybe the ones that are made of canvas material to be a bit warmer for colder months (these ones are quite breathable). I haven't cleaned them yet, but I think they'll be pretty easy to clean. The one thing I don't like so much is that the laces are made of a very synthetic material, which holds the shape of how they were tied when they arrived. I think maybe washing and air-drying them would help with that, but I haven't gotten around to that yet, so they still have some kinks and look a little wonky, but that's a minor thing for me.All in all, I am very happy with this purchase, and I think these are a great value for the price!

Toe box is wide but short
I ordered the 9w and they are wide enough! However, I find the reinforced toe box restrictive. Sits low against the tip of my big toe nail and doesn’t allow my big toe to wiggle up and down independently. This forces the crease of the shoe to bend in a spot that actually places some repetitive pressure on my big toe joint. I ordered another pair in a ballerina flat style that was just 9, not W, and the toe box was wat too tight downward had to return. Not sure what these shoes are so generous in width but then flat in height like a pair of converse. I’d prefer to wiggle my toes in all directions

Best shoes for my weird shaped feet
This is my second pair of Whitens. My 2nd and 3rd toe are longer than my big toe, and I have a narrow (A width) heel and arch, so I have weird shaped feet that are hard to shop for. I've had foot pain that extended all the way to my hips for over 10 years. Now, I can spread my toes out and make full use of my foot and leg muscles. After 1 week, my ankle and calf pain disappeared. In six months, my front and back knee pain subsided. And now after 16 months, I have no pain in my legs or feet. I even run and work out in these shoes. Worth every penny for me.Only criticism I can find is the flat laces they come with are too long. Round ones fit better better. So, I just bought new laces.
