I was really fed up being up being tired and stressed all the time and having no energy, it was at a point where i needed some kind of help.. i was at my wits end and was having afternoon sleeps i was so tired. Was even restless at night. So, i looked at reviews FIRST!!!, and saw these.. and i thought " well can only try them. First day.. not that much difference, second day.. little bit energised, third day.. starting to work.. and so on. Now i place them on my upper arm where there is no hair ( you know the reason), and they are brill. They do work and i take about 4-5 types of pain relief meds a day. They are hebal strips so, they shouldnt affect you in anyway. But do take note !! These are NOT hormonal replacement therapy strips. They do actually work by helping with the stress of tiredness and stress. Bit tricky to get off the card strip, but thats the least i can complain about. I would recommend these and they come on a choose as you need subscription, but !!! Check with your pharmicist or doctor first always as i did.

I brought these to naturally help with the menopause so need them . I don’t know how many I’m going to have to go through before I get one that I can use so would like you to send a packet without faulty adhesive

The media could not be loaded. I have definitely noticed a difference using these, I struggle terribly with fatigue and tiredness and these have helped. I’ve done a little video tutorial to help with the patch. I genuinely don’t know how people are getting these patches to fail but hopefully my video will help them. I wouldn’t recommend putting them on just moisturised skin. I tend to place it in a different ok e each time around my hips, tummy and chest.

I tried everything but then I carefully picked at the patch with my nail and it came off stickyOnly give 4* because iv not actually had the stickers on to feel any benifit as yet. Thought I'd just make a vid as iv seen other people struggling to get the sticky bit off on the reviews

After trying three different patches I decided to try these they did peel off ok stuck to skin so as I moved the patch fell off not even ok to sleep in to not very happy so decided to try the other option the tablets form hope they work better

When i first got these, i was unable to separate the card from the patch, but learned you have to peel carefully. Once i began using this patch daily, i do notice the difference, i smile more and i nolonger feel like im in survival mode. I can now relax.
