These compression sleeves work great to help stop the swelling in my legs. Once you put them you forget that you are wearing them. I can go all day with them on. They breath so your legs don 't get all hot and sweety. Follow the washing direction, they come out like new.

These have helped me so much, very easy to put on, very comfortable.

The support seems fine but I can’t wear them for more than an hour or so before they be one drenched with sweat. There is no air flow and it just soaks my legs divk shoes etc.Otherwise they’re well made , washable and easy to use.

I am an older man with venous insufficiency. Lower leg abrasions take forever to heal. I am now wearing the compression sleeves on top of my light weight compression stockings when I work in my wood shop. The neoprene sleeve will clearly add a layer of protection to help reduce abrasions on my lower legs. They do retain heat but that is tolerable compared to the issues around wounds and abrasions. My initial experience has been very positive although I've not used them enough yet so assess the effect from sawdust.

As you can see from the picture, the three fastening strips are not very long so there is little ability to tighten the sleeve near the ankles as opposed to closer to the knee. I had to look for other options to get the compression level needed.

I highly recommend as a 5'0 female with chronic heart failure. I have struggled for years with compression socks. For a compression sock to fit the circumference of my calf, it is too long. The extra material rolls down at my knee cutting off my circulation. I have tried the zipper ones too and same problem. These you can adjust for the perfect fit and no problem with rolling down!
