My fiance' ordered this hat to be part of her Halloween costume. Yes, it did come with creases in it but with a quick google search, you can find different ways to get them out. We are going to steam it with an iron later today. You people must realize that things need to be folded to be able to ship properly, right? Maybe they should add "iron once received to get the correct shape" to the details but this is the age of information, google it. Some of the nasty reviews on here are because of creases, when in actuality, its so easily fixed. Wonderful quality for the hat.

The hat would be awesome except for the fact that it arrived folded and I can’t get the creases out! It looks totally stupid and I’m not sure what to do about it. I’d change my review if it came packaged with instructions on how to get the fold lines out of it!

I ordered this hat not expecting much. Especially since it was shipped tightly compressed with deep creases. I was pleasantly surprised the hat is made of 100% paper, which meant I could steam it on an ironing board. I put it on the ironing board and steamed and ironed the hat. Don’t set the heat too high, but turn on the steam on high. Don’t saturate the hat. Keep ironing and steaming until you get the creases out. Be patient it takes several tries. I got 98% of the creases out. 4 stars because I had to work on it before wearing. I recommend if you are willing to steam it. Hat looks like the photo sturdy with a nice brim that has a wire so it can be styled anyway you like. If you don’t care about the creases, then I absolutely recommend it. Ordering more colors.

Nice hat , but the bends it the hat didn’t come out

When I arrived home the product was in my regular mailbox in a large envelope. I was immediately worried that it would be useless given the way it was packaged and delivered. I was wrong! The design of this hat is amazing! The flexible, moldable brim made shipping it folded over no problem! I opened it, remolded the brim and it looked EXACTLY like the photo!!!! I could NOT be more pleased! I bought this for a theme costume party but plan to keep it and wear it in the beach and the boat!!!! GREAT PRODUCT!!!!!

I Love the size of the hat.. I was afraid that it wouldn’t be big enough but it’s perfect...I have to let it sit out to get rid of the lines because it was folded up....Other than that it’s nice and thick

This hat is a great value! Other comps are easily $50 in the store. Yes, there will be creases because they have to ship it to you, but hang it in the bathroom for a week or so and let the steam from your daily showers work that out. I love that the brim has wire in it to shape the look. This is my new favorite summer accessory!

Don't waste your money. I ordered this hat and it came literally came bald up in the package and wires poking through the rim of the hat. I tried to straighten the hat out but it did not work.
