I love this package as an alternative to alcohol when you want a beverage to unwind at night. The energizing flow is great for a mid-day zen pick me up.

This definitely deserves the star I gave it, because I possibly felt an effect. The taste, however, was really bad. Lightwave (grounding calm) tasted like a** with the idea of root beer. Kin bloom (Beaming joy) did not bring beaming joy to my tastebuds. Kin spritz (Energizing flow) was actually enjoyable in comparison to the rest- I definitely did feel energized, and that could just be the caffeine boost it gave, but I’m not going to discount the fact that these beverages had an effect.

Now that I have tried every flavor I feel I can fairly review the product.I will first start with my least favorite which is the kin spritz. This is an orange flavored spirit with a bubbly finish. Unfortunately however the added bitters give this a sharp and unpleasant after bite that leaves much to be desired.... Just add your favorite mio or stevia drops however and it's much more tolerable and with the added caffeine gives a nice relaxing buzz!My second favorite is the light wave, tastes reminiscent of a light root beer and has the most relaxing and calming effect of them all. Over ice it was pleasant to drink and could be combined with other flavors to make an enjoyable cocktail using the kin spirits bottles sold.My favorite flavor wise was definitely the kin bloom it was delicious and full of strawberry flavor and well rounded, I blended mine with ice and strawberry to make a fancier style cocktail however, I will later be looking to add this to something with a little caffeine to add the buzz effect alongside the relaxation aspect of the drink although I feel the other 2 were better effects wise this with a little doctoring will be my absolute favorite cocktail replacement.I drank only 2 to 3 at a time and felt relaxed but alert. I did drink them before bed which is my fav time to have a drink and unwind and found it slightly difficult to fall asleep but did feel very relaxed and able to enjoy each one. I think Kin is onto something and I will continue to try and experiment with these products!

Love how different they all are!

Was looking for an alternative to unwind in the evening rather than wine. I also sometimes resort to a beer or cocktail simply to have a flavorful drink different than the coffee, iced tea & sparkling water I've had throughout the day. Unfortunately this did not scratch that itch. Both Lightwave and Spritz pour a dark brown which reflects a dominant concentrated bitter taste of the gentian root. Flavor-wise Lightwave leans towards root beer and the Spritz orange peel. Bloom is a more delicate color of pink with a smoother taste of vanilla and strawberry. If you are into botanical earthy cocktails perhaps you would enjoy these, but in my opinion these herbal tonics are an alternative to soda akin to kombucha and is not the substitute for the types of alcoholic drinks I am hoping to find a satisfying replacement for.

This is the second or third nonalcoholic beverage brand I’ve tried and this one gave me the most “good feels” it tasted good even lukewarm (couldn’t wait to try it). Will definitely be ordering more.

The taste was awful for all three flavors. one of them tasted like toothpaste. I’m so disappointed! I was looking forward to having a relaxing healthy drink that made my body feel good and I feel really misled. I cannot get past the awful taste and I had others try it and they had an even worse response than me. I regret spending my money on these.

Aside from the placebo effect of this product, I was at least hoping I'd have myself a tasty drink to sip on that was alcohol free. I started with the lightwave expecting a complex smoky nightcap to soothe me to sleep, but it was hard to get past the taste of pepto bismol. Next was the spritz which was tolerable, a nice balance of bitter and fruity, but kinda watered down. Nothing exciting. The bloom was the one i was most excited for, but left me wondering if I got a bad batch. It wasn't fresh, light, or fruity like you'd expect from a sparkling rose inspired drink. Almost syrupy, it tasted like a stale fermented fig newton. I couldn't help but make a face with every sip, and ended up just pouring the rest down the drain. so much for beaming joy! Won't purchase again :)
