Can these be used in bathroom windows where there is a lot of moisture?

Yes, it can be used at bathroom. but if you use it in wet enviroment ,you should dry the surface before installation.

Do you have a version that uses magnets? I'm thinking if i paint the frame with magnetic paint, i could easily use this season to season.

Sorry it's not magnetic version, it's hold up by adhesive hook&loop straps, you can reuse it by tearing hook and loop apart.

Is the velcro removable? I dont want vwlcro on my walls all year.

Velcro is removable.If it's residual after being removed, you can clean it by alcohol.
