Excellent Sturdy Figure
I really like this figure. It is well sculpted and painted.One thing that amused me is the box it came in. It clearly has "What If?" on it which is appropriate for Captain Carter. However, the character description printed on the box refers to Angelica Jones, aka "Firerstar" and her back story. Ooops!

This is one of the best PIECES DST has done.The SCULPTING WAS dead on accurate.I sincerely HOPE DST continues this line of exciting pieces.I highly recommend ANYONE INTO collecting TO buy this.

Fantastic work of art, wrong description on box
Back story, I ordered this item directly from Diamond Select back in Apr 2022. It was a pre-order item. Unfortunately, due to several mix-ups, I had to cancel my order with them. One reason was that I couldn't be sure of when I would receive it, as it was intended to be a gift.However, I was able to find it on Amazon, and I ordered it on 1/24/2023, the same day my DST order glitched. She arrived today 1/26/2023, well-packaged, safe and sound, and the mail carrier put it straight into my hands. After I opened the box, this is what I discovered:PRO: An incredibly beautiful and inspiring work, sculpted by New York artist, Paul Harding, who does many pieces for Diamond Select Toys. I'm retired USAF, and this was originally intended as a tribute for a friend, a British woman who served in WWII. I cried when I first saw it, and I have goosebumps just looking at it now. It's sturdy and balanced, and is destined to be a family heirloom.CON: As you can see in the picture, the box she came in has the wrong description. It describes Firestar, a lovely piece made in 2021 by artists Caton and Periera. I don't know what this means for the value of the piece, but it's almost immaterial, given that I bought this for the diorama itself. We know Peggy Carter by heart.I was so tempted to go ahead and give it five stars, but I know some people purchase these items with a mind to collector's value, and I know the packaging figures into that. Regardless, I recommend this seller! The transaction was phenomenal. Two days beats months of waiting by a mile!
