I only used about 2 Tablespoons for the big pot of Peruvian Beans and it is now a new favorite of everyone in the house. Mild enough for non heat lovers with others enjoying the depth of flavor it provides. Going to put in a chicken maranated dish next. Did swipe some on slices of French bread used in a turkey and cheese sandwich which was wonderful.

Excellent product

So nice to find a chili based product that is mild. I bought it for making antichuchos, but it will come in handy for other marinades. I used a bit too much the second time and it overpowered the other flavors, but was still tasty.

The picture of the sauce in the listing states the following ingredients: Panca pepper, salt, and spices.However, the actual item has a totally different ingredient list. Not only is water the first ingredient (it's diluted), it contains MSG, nasty preservatives, and other enhancers. Totally deceptive.The best part is, you cannot return this item. So, the seller purposely tricks the buyer by misrepresenting the item because they know if they were honest with the ingredients you'd never buy it.Amazon needs to step up and remove these kinds of sellers if they decide to abuse the privilege of selling on this platform.
