this is the cheapest and least absorbable form of magnesium, so do not buy it, instead buy magnesium glycinate

I use this before I hit the gym and found that I feel less muscle soreness...so it means its working.

Product smelled like detergent so I ordered another bottle on Amazon from another seller. The capsules were of different texture. The new one had no smell and capsule was made of very light material. The powder inside this capsule left a white residue when dissolved in water and had a strange smell. I sent invoice, photos and complaint by email to the manufacturer Guardian who was also the seller. Have received no reply

This product was used by three of my family members.Our Blood pressure shot up and rings would not fit.My son experienced headache also.

This company only says Magnesium every where. It’s only when you see Nutritional Information very minutely than you can read in small letters its Magnesium OXIDE which is cheapest for of Magnesium with very low absorption. They must display this information on the main page and on the front label of the box clearly. It shows they want to hide this information. Every other company is displaying which type of magnesium they are selling.

Poor absorption:Not effective as expected for me.

Best brand. Effective. I only use gnc brand and gt results in less than a month
