Is it easy to change between the standing and sitting positions?

Its very easy ,press the two buttons at each side and it changes from sitting to standing. well made product.

Will it be to small for my 2 year old ?

No it won't. My 2 year old got this for Christmas and it is just the right size. She absolutely love it and plays with it both upright and low down. When upright it is about the same height as her and she is right on track for her age - height wise.

I'm afraid that I don't know as I havn't opened it yet. It's a Christmas present!!

Is this compatible with other vehicles from the Little People range?

It was a Christmas present for my cousin's daughter. Today she said, that her older vehicles from the Little People range are a little bit bigger than this new one, and because of that - not compatible. Shame. But they are still like it.
