Functionality
This is honestly my first time writing a dedicated review to a product. I've always recieved speeds of 30mbps or sometimes even less even when I could've recieved even higher speeds that my broadbrand was providing. I just recently installed the wifi extender and its absolutely doing wonders. I am now able to achieve 150mbps or more depending on the devices connected and the connection is really stable, no drop-outs or stutters or whatsoever. This is honestly a gamechanger for when I'm gaming and etc. I've only recently installed my new router and I should've installed this wifi extender sooner. I would definitely recommend this product if you're experiencing low speeds in the house. I may even purchase more products from this brand in the future.

Can be a challenge
We live in old house and sky router is upstairs in the study. After installing transmitter upstairs but in the hallway the signal downstairs went from from GOOD to Excellent on ROKU TV , lovely streaming now, and from WEAK to strong on laptops, mobiles and in the front gardenđź’Ş A bit confusing set up at very beginning of connecting to router on the app but nothing major. CONS: SKIRTING BOARDS in old houses are quite high so you need to check if socket hight on them works for length of the transmitter. See picture. Recommended anyway

Works ok for me and has solved the issue of patchy signal
I really needed this to boost my wifi as I live in a Victorian house with thick walls, which caused issues with my signal.Pretty easy to set up and I have it n m sitting room and now have service beyond my sitting room door which includes my kitchen bathroom and passageConnectivity on the whole is good although there is some fluctuation where occasionally I get a red light on the adapter or low connectivity.Note that I live in a 650 sq M one bed flat so not sure if one would suffice for a lager propertyGood value and I would recommend

Best product ans cost effective for sure 👌
Amazing product and very strong connections has resolved my issue in very cost effective .I have questions to Saller can we do have more then one device in the house as I still have little insets on my Out side garage office as my router is in seating room as the extender in kitchen as don connect if I plug in the agradece only worn from Kitcehn. I like to buy one more if this could work as Daisy chain ?? ⛓️‍💥

Mesh compatibilty unsuccessful
I bought this to create a mesh network with my router. Despite it being labelled as a "mesh Wi-Fi extender" that "works with any Wi-Fi router", this does not appear to be true as it requires a compatible mesh router. Unsuitable in my case.It worked, however, as a separate extender but producing a different SSID.

A NEED if your WiFi doesn’t cover the whole home!
I am with, what’s supposed to be, a very fast and reliable broadband company. Well, you can only seem to get an internet connection when in the same room as the router. Now I have this WiFi Extender, I have access to internet connection throughout my whole home, with my Mac that couldn’t update unless it was next to the hub, or the TV that would buffer every 5 minutes, and whilst connected would drop out, I don’t have these problems anymore, it’s brilliant. For the £20 it cost me, it’s perfect, solved all my problems, no dropouts and perfect signal throughout the house, in all the corners there was no connection before.

Poorly designed for UK 13A socket arrangements; terrible to set up.
I REALLY wanted to like this. I've had TP-Link stuff in the past and it's been great. However, this is going back for a refund, and here's why:1] If you use it on a 13A powerstrip, it renders the sockets on either side unusable.2] If you plug it in to a standard double switched socket, it both obscures the switch and stops you using the other socket.3] It has no 13A pass-through socket like my older TP-Link extender [which was also slim enough to allow use of adjacent sockets].SO your double socket is no longer useful for anything apart from a receptacle for this oversized shiny plastic brick. And if you plug it into a four way extension, it becomes... errr... a ONE way extension!I could forgive all that if it did the job, but:4] It's SO fiendishly difficult to set up; The instructions are REALLY confusing.5] AND The LEDs are far too small for anybody with any degree of visual impairment - really difficult to see whether they are doing what the instructions say they should be.I am pretty tech savvy, but once I'd downloaded the "Tether" app, I couldn't get much past the first stage of plugging it in next to the router as directed, finding the device and connecting to its own wi-fi.I chose my own wifi network in the app and entered its password [correct of course - I knew it by heart after I'd been through the setup rigmarole so many times].I then kept getting error messages saying it had disconnected, or that there was no internet connection.I have a 900 Mbps fibre connection, which goes like greased lightning on all my other devices. After the fifth attempt I gave up, initiated a return and packed it ready to drop at my local EVRI drop off.Back to the drawing board on this one, TP-Link; terrible design and setup implementation.I generally like your products, but I would give this zero stars if I could. Sorry.
