Solid, sturdy little sauce pan
Very nice little sauce pan. Is much heavier than it looks. this helps control heat and makes it easier to regulate the heat on your sauces.

Performance and practicality: tips, considerations, and details of a well-made saucepan
This saucepan, constructed with tri-ply clad stainless steel at 2.77 mm thickness, is well made and performs admirably on all cooktops. The inside texture is fairly smooth—not quite as slick as my 3 QT Misen saucier, but comparable to most premium cookware. Made in Brazil, it sits perfectly flat on my induction cooktop and boasts a very shiny exterior. Some users have shared images of discoloration or staining. However, this is easily remedied by using the scrubber side of a non-scratch sponge and a few sprinkles of Barkeeper's Friend powder. Don't be discouraged by those images; it cleans up to its original shine in just a minute, even with stubborn stains. The handle is well balanced, providing a comfortable grip during use, and the lid fits securely. This pan is taller and more narrow than some alternatives (see photos for measurements), which proves beneficial on a crowded cooktop with wide saute and frying pans going, but may be less convenient for stirring sauces or if you were going to have just one saucepan. In that case, get a saucier style pan. For my needs, this 1.5 QT saucepan works well for reheating leftovers or preparing small quantities alongside other dishes, thanks to its well-designed ratio and rounded inside corners. While I prefer cookware without rivets for easier cleaning and scraping with a rubber spatula, reputable brands using this handle connection style (Demeyere Industry/Atlantis; Fissler Original-Profi) are priced well above $100 each. For a buy-it-for-life complete set, this might be a crucial consideration for the more important pans.I'd recommend this saucepan. It's hard to beat anywhere close to this price point.

High quality product
This is a great product at a very reasonable price. Feels and works like much higher priced Saucepans. It has held its finish through several months of almost daily use. Heats quickly and evenly on a gas stove.

Fantastic small saucepan
This saucepan is the perfect size and shape for a variety of tasks. I love using it to make oatmeal for one, cook rice or beans, or create a cream sauce. Its narrow body makes it perform just as well when you're working with a pint of liquid as when you're making use of the full quart and a half volume. The build quality is fantastic, with well-polished thick steel forming the cooking surface, a handle that stays cool while cooking, and the cutest perfectly fitting lid.All of my other small saucepans are now obsolete. I use this one instead.

Goldilocks approves this pot
Not too heavy, not too light. Yes, Goldilocks loves the weight and straight sides. Works well on my induction burner. Cleans up easily.
