It made getting the qualification easy. I'm older so prefer books to refer to.

This book closely follows the new QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care. On the whole it covers adequately the information the candidate needs, however some candidates struggled to find the information they required to achieve the assignments set by City and Guilds. I like the way each chapter is organised to cover the points in each of the Diploma units.

i found this easy to read and understand each unit has criteria that's numbered and the book is the same so helps you to follow the correct criteria for each unit . It's so easy to follow i gave 5 stars as its a very good aid for course. value for money and my tutor highly recommended this book to me compared to others as this is much easier to understand and its all broken down for you. i would recommend to anyone doing a level 3 in health and social care.

If you are studying for the Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care then I would recommend this book to you. My assessor brought it to my attention and I am very glad she did. All sections of the Diploma are covered in the book. It gives a wealth of information on the subject and lists further reading, plus giving 'clues' to some of the detail you need to include when answering the questions. A very useful tool.

This is an excellent aid for anybody doing their level 3 in Health and Social care. The mandatory units are all covered in detail and a few optionsl ones. Will save hours researching the knowledge requirements and it is refreshingly written in plain English that everybody can understand. Good examples given and scenarios as well as thought provoking exercises that are optional.A 'must have'.

My work has improved a lot since buying this book. I love computers and can strip them down, rebuild them and do loads of very technical stuff with them but for some reason I just can't study on one. This book helps me keep focussed and is the perfect companion, giving guidance where it is needed.This book is a good launching point for internet research but keeps you focussed.
