Excellent product - currently use to make Dr Davis l reuterii yogurt. Very good results

Use these tablets + l Gasseri to make Dr Davis fabulous SIBO yoghurt. Empty 10 of each to starter yoghurt add inulin and filtered milk 🥛- delicious, healthy gut yoghurt.

So far so gooda day 14 will write another review after 90days of use.

Now on second bottle Well tolerated for my gut health with both prebiotics and probiotics Good value for money

Very effective. I use this on Yogurt making and also asian Idli Dosa Batter. It ferments really well even in cold climate. It cured my skin problem in few months. Worth buying!

This product arrived on time and was wellpackaged. The contents is supposed to be a healthy choice for overall health. I realsied that the contents of the capsule must be allowed to stand inwater for a while before use. It had an upsetting effect upon my tummy before doing so.

Made great yogurt with these.

I haven’t been using this long enough to evaluate any changes yet & I do think unless you take one supplement & don’t change anything else in your diet or lifestyle it can be difficult to pinpoint benefits.I did however culture four capsules with some pre bio plus prebiotic in 800ml of organic whole milk & it made a lovely thick “yoghurt” so I can say the bacteria are definitely alive, well & multiplying under the right conditions. So definitely a good product
