Totally unreliable
Flimsy and unreliable, don't buy. I was lucky that I had time to buy a different adapter after testing this at home for a 3 week trip. I wasn't able to get a constant current out of any of the ports for more than about 60 seconds before cutting off power for at least a few seconds, but very often permanently until I jiggled the cables or unplugged/replugged. It's also fairly heavy and doesn't stick in the socket well, which means it falls out easily (this is a separate issue from the intermittent charging, I held it in place and it still would cut out). Do yourself a favor and get something else. You're already in another country, save yourself the stress of worrying whether you'll wake up with dead batteries in all your devices.

Probably the best travel gadget I've ever bought
(I purchased the old 65W version of this, which came in cooler colors. But hey I'll take the extra 5W). So I've travelled all over Asia, North America, Europe, and New Zealand with this thing for 2 year now and it works phenomenally. During the day it's powering my 16 inch M2 MacBook Pro and at night it's powering my Anker 3-in-1 wireless charging dock + charging whatever other USB-C things need charging. You can even stick another charger into it for more power. It's even lighter and smaller than a 65W Apple brick. All this for less than the price of a normal laptop charger? It's a no-brainer.

Intermittent
The USB C PD port connects and disconnects every few seconds which is incredibly annoying on a laptop and results in not actually charging
