This is my second order of tea pigs Earl grey Darjearling. My experience has been that some other brands whist purporting to be Darjeeling are not actually from the Himalayan region, and lack the distinct character and flavour of this pale delicate tea.These pyramid loose leaf tea bags are high quality, and genuine Darjearling flavoured with bergamot, giving a delightful brew. The bags will stand a second steeping which reduces the cost, although as a tea drinker I think they are well worth the expense

I’m really impressed with Teapigs Darjeeling Earl Grey. It has a lovely, aromatic flavour that stands out, making it perfect for a relaxing tea break. I was also pleasantly surprised to learn that Teapigs makes their tea bags from corn starch, which makes them eco-friendly and biodegradable. This thoughtful detail only adds to my appreciation for the brand. Definitely my type of tea and one I’ll be repurchasing!

I bought it to replace our existing tea bags. My wife is now a convert as well.

But for the stupid little tags. For what you charge can you not attach them properly?

I tried some Teapigs after Xmas when some spicy xmassy ones were reduced in the supermarket. They were fab, but way too expensive at full price. Saw these at a more reasonable price than the other flavours on the subscribe and save so got a further 15% off. No choice of flavours as the others all too expensive.I like herb and fruit teas but don't really like 'normal' tea. I got these because my partner likes Earl Grey. At first I didn't like this but having tried with a slice of real lemon and a dash of honey I like it now. As staunch members of 'Cheapskates R Us' we tried making a pot of tea with just one teabag and let it brew for a few mins under a tea cosy. It was plenty strong enough for two cups so the box will last us twice as long - hurrah! (And before you ask - no I am not going to dry them out and use them again... although ....)
