I use this at work and it keeps your tea/coffee hot for a good while, it does Spill a little when carrying it around so be careful of that but I love it! Would definitely recommend

This is a great desk mug and works exactly as its intended. It is not a travel mug designed to be leakproof and thrown into a backpack so don't expect that. If the lid is set to open, then of course it will spill if you drop it or put it on its side etc. Its surprising really how much it leaks from the top when it is twisted to close but then again, it is a desk mug, not a travel mug so it will stop any accidental splashes and contain most of the liquid if you drop it. Actually....if you wanted just sips while the tea is very hot, there is enough of a leakage to use this as a 3rd sip option in addition to the two sizes of drinking holes when the lid is twisted open.Its a good size for a large mug of tea on a desk and the double wall does keep the tea hot/warm for a long time compared to a regular mug. The shape is the same as a ceramic mug with a full handle and the lip is smooth, with or without a lid so it is a great desk mug replacement.The anti-slip bottom could be better. For it to be effective, it should be deeper than the lip of the bottom of the mug. It isn't and isn't quite wide enough to fully reach the edges so it doesn't add much but as its standard mug shape, its not a slip risk any more than a normal mug would be. The insulation could be improved by a seal ring between the outer plastic bit and the metal bit on the inside but again, it keeps the tea hot anyway and others have pointed out that if water gets inside the outer skin you can unscrew the parts, dry them off that way and then reassemble.Packaging....terrible. The care instructions and the thermos label are there but the care instructions refer to a glass filler but there are no glass parts in this. It came wrapped in a clear plastic bag rather than in a thermos branded box but for the price, thats all fine.It does what it is intended to do and thats all that can be expected of it and it does it well. So overall, this mug is recommended and I'd buy it again if I needed to!

Love this cup. I occasionally work in an office and am not keen on shared cups. This one is durable and won’t break when I pop it in my bag.

At first, this mug seemed promising with its hand friendly shape, soft-touch finish, and ability to keep drinks warm. However, it has several serious flaws that make it a disappointment.Coffee leaks from the lid, especially when the mug is tilted, which makes it inconvenient for travel. To make matters worse, there’s a coffee-colored stain on the bottom of the mug that won’t come off, even after thorough cleaning.Additionally, the mug doesn’t retain heat for long, which is a major downside for a product marketed as keeping drinks warm. The water retention between the inner and outer walls also makes it unhygienic, and the constant leaks only add to the frustration.For a product from such a well-known brand, this is extremely disappointing. The lack of proper vacuum insulation and the design flaws make this mug a poor purchase. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Very nice colour. Not leaked as of yet but I've noticed after washing it water gets trapped between the rim and the green casing, which leads to it making weird noises! The quality is ok. I've used it a few times and will continue to.
