My son bought this product and was kind enough to bring it over to my house for me to try out. I fell in love with the product as it really did a great job massaging my feet, legs and even arms. It is also nice to be able to add the heat feature.My daughter got hers yesterday and when I called her, she was using it and was so happy that she just kept bragging about how good it felt.I know through my son that the company is a wonderful company, because he bought their eye massager and reached out to complement them on their product, and also wanted to share his enthusiasm. They responded quickly, and have been very supportive ever since. You couldn’t ask for better. In my day job I do purchasing and it is very hard to get good customer service so for me, knowing how the company was treating him made me feel very comfortable with my purchase.There are so many stresses and strains in this world right now, so believe me when I tell you that you deserve to put your feet on this product and just relax and forget about all the silly stuff in the world. You deserve it!

I dont write too many reviews, usually only if theyre outstanding… and here we are! I have plantar fasciitis and this massager is amazing for it. Its much more intense than i imagined, it hurts my plantar fascia in the strongest but greatest way! My sister tried it bc she is on her feet all day but does not have plantar fasciitis. So she said she wished it came up around the back of the feet and ankles. I do lay my feet sideways to get the inside and outside of my foot but again, thats for my plantar fasciitis. Its a bottom foot massager but its amazingly strong for its price. Highly recommend if youre on a budget or honestly, even if youre not a budget.

UPDATE SELLEROFFEREDME FULL REFUND MAY 3 2025 TYVM I INVREASED STARS FOR SELLERS COMPASSION TYAfter the second use the heat went out I ordered this October 30, 2024 used it a couple of times because my feet were so sore from working with a shovel in the backyard. We gonna half ago I went to use it again and there's no sign that it ever had a heat unit in it no light no heat. It is not worth the money I wish this would've done that in the first 30 days but it didn't and it's been in the closet all of December January February March up until the middle of April when I needed to use it again for digging in the yard. if you buy one run it 10 hours and see if it works I didn't even get an hour and I don't have no heat I wanted the heat. and I would not want another one either the bowls do not have enough padding they hurt and I am 63 years old. There's not enough padding to cover the balls

This is a 10/10 no lie, I bought a $250.00 heavy bulky foot massager 2 years ago on Amazon and it wasn’t half as good as this one! The heat and the motion along with the soft padded foot rest is just complete relaxation, it’s a little short for a man’s foot however my husband size 12 foot was still able to enjoy it, in fact we’re ordering 3 more after this review lol. BUY it!

I purchased this item for my wife on December 1, 2024, and she absolutely loved it for five months while it still worked. After five months, though, it abruptly stopped working, and although the company's website has a "chat bot" to "help," (no phone number at all) the robot informed me that no one was available to help, and that if someone didn't come on the line within a few minutes, someone would email me back within 48 hours. No one came on the line at all, and it has been well over a week and I still have not heard from anyone.Although my wife loved this product, it did not last long at all and customer service is completely non-existent, so I'm sorry to say I would caution against buying it.

I was honestly quite surprised how well this worked. I am a mother, I’m on my feet A LOT. I also have restless leg syndrome and this helped a lot on my calves before bed. HIGHLY recommend, especially for the price.

I’m a tad but disappointed that I ignored some of the reviews. I am a petite woman with a shoe size 7.5 US. I was desperate for some relief as I’ve been having terrible foot pain the last few days. The device is fit for someone with a much smaller foot. For a female I’d advise size 6 US and below. The massage is average as far as pressure and it doesn’t get very hot. I’m giving it a three bc you get what you pay for and some of the others I saw come with a much larger price tag.
