I'm really happy with this case for my S20 Ultra 5G it's the third heavy duty, full covering case i have purchased in the last few years and i think its the best, it feels really robust when it's on, protecting the phone well from drops and knocks but what I like about the design is that the front covering side is itself a snugly fitting case on it's own, which is then tightly enveloped by the rear covering side, what this means is if you have to take the phone out of the case for any reason, a.) It doesn't just spring out across the room which has happened with previous heavy duty cases I've owned and b) it is still offered some protection around the edges and for the screen, until you intentionally remove the front side, this is smart and shows the designer has actually thought about the vulnerabilities that come up during use.There are no issues with sound going into or coming from the phone, like I've had with other cases, and also unlike other cases I've purchased, all the cables I've tried with it, including right angle connectors have been able fit easily into the phone, wireless charging works fine and importantly the fingerprint scanner works perfectly, without having to opt for higher sensitivity on the screen. I RECOMMEND SETTING FINGERPRINTS UP AGAIN AFTER INSTALLING THE CASE, don't expect the fingerprints you set up before using the case to work and also don't just set up prints for your dominant hand's fingers/thumb, do left and right side, you'd be surprised how much you do with your dominant hand that can interfere with fingerprint scanners. My last point is that I really like the kickstand, works well in both landscape and portrait modes and as a hand holding 'ring' style grip, never had this feature on a case before and I like it.The only negative I could think of was that the case doesn't offer any degree of water immersion protection like other cases ive had only protections feom splashes, but i think water impermeability causes issues with sound/cable access and when the phone itself is rated water resistant to 2 metres, i think its not necessary for the case, so not really an issue.Highly recommend this Dexnor case, very happy.

FingerprintReader works fine and it is a good caseSent it back as originally wouldn't fit in my bike holder.I have ended up Ordering again and changing bike phone stand as Even different design didn't fit and fingerprint reader Didn't work either. This one is fine Would recommend

If you're looking to get a case that'll protect your phone, keep items from scratching your screen, and also keep your phone setting up so you can sit back and watch contect or be on a video call, this case is perfect for all of that. I'm a clumsy person. I always end up tripping over myself and I'm not the mosy delicate with my technology but I'm confudent if I were drop to my phone, or it would be hit against something, that this case would take the hit and nothing would happen. It does make the phone bigger and bulkery to hold, and with someone who has small hands, it can get a little annoying to hold for long periods of time - or even holding the phone for 2-5 minutes. I have to use both hands to hold my phone but I'd rather deal with this than fork out the money to get a new screen or phone. Would definately buy this case again. The finger print reader dosen't work - so thats a hinderance. Still worth every penny. It's not the most stylish case out there but at least it'll give me some peace of mind knowing that my phone will be ok.

Brought this and absolutely useless as I can't use my finger print to open which is how I open my phone and so not good for purpose
