Perfect pour over brew
As a pour over brew, this coffee is very, very smooth with almost no acidity, even with no sweetener or cream. Very tasty and easy on the stomach. A bit expensive, but for that just one cup in the morning or evening, it is just about perfect.

Moderate taste
I enjoy French press coffee. I ordered this coffee as a taste test in f something new, but it fell short on taste. Not bad, just not impressive.

Smooth, easy drinking coffee
I didn't know what to expect from this coffee, I'm not used to a low caffeine fermented bean. I was pleasantly surprised, this was the easiest drinking cup of coffee I have had in a long time.First off, the smell of the beans is lovely. That may be the best part of it for me. Really rich, nutty, coffee scent. We ground up just enough to make a pot for my husband and I, and finished that pot easily. I liked that there was not a strong acidity to the cup, as I drink it black.I gave it 4 stars because for my husband it was missing a bit of the kick of caffeine, otherwise he said it would be perfect. For us, this will be a lovely weekend coffee. He needs his stronger caffeine for his weekday work flow.If you need a low acid or low caffeine coffee, this is an excellent choice, as the taste is missing nothing!

Tastes great!
I like the taste of the coffee. It seems a little bit like it has more caffeine than I expected, though.

These Beans Have Been Around The World
As per the info on the bag, these beans are from Brazil, Colombia, Guatemala, or Ethiopia. Curious about the process, I learned from the company website that they are shipped to South Korea for the enzyme fermentation process. From there, the beans are sent to Middletown, NY to be roasted. I must admit that when I first tried this coffee I did not like it. It had a really bad taste which lingered in my mouth. I decided to continue to give it a try though and after about the third or fourth day the coffee suddenly didn’t taste so bad. It was actually pretty decent. I’ve tried lots of different coffees and I don’t think I’ve ever had beans so drastically change in taste, this time for the better. I’m not sure why this was. That said, this coffee is very expensive mainly due to the fermentation process and for me, it’s not really worth it even with the low acid and less caffeine.

I wish I could have rated this a zero
Horrible! This tastes like I already drank it and it smells worse. I can tell you I am sure that your acid reflux is will not be affected but taste buds will die. Not enough cream and sugar honey or water to make this stuff taste like any coffee ever. Tossing it out today. When you open up fresh coffee beans there should be an amazing aroma of coffee - this was nothing like that. Never again.

Clean, pleasant flavor with less caffeine kick
This is an interesting option for people who may be sensitive to caffeine (which I'm not). I could imagine that people with GERD or just simply trouble sleeping at night may find this a good option, especially for an after-dinner drink. The flavor profile is pretty smooth and pleasant. The flavor notes are primarily chocolate and nut. I'd say it leans more toward a dark roast than medium. It also has a very "clean" taste to it. Not much acidity at all. I wish it was a little brighter, but I suspect that this flavor will appeal to the average coffee drinker. It was a little "flat"--not as complex as I want from my coffees. I suspect that's because of the slightly darker roast. Overall, though, it makes a pleasant cup of coffee and does well in my espresso machine as well.
