Brilliant! I couldn't do anything without this. I have arthritis and i'm not very old but this makes my everyday life just that little bit easier. I would also highly recommend for sports injuries as it doesn't restrict movement but does support. You do have to double it sometime depending on the type of injury but I've always used it and it's always worked really well for me.

Cheapest to buy in big rolls.
I get lots of pain in arms and elbows. I use them keep it warm due to arthritis. Very good and cheap. I would recommend this to anyone.

Do not use on VERY swollen arm or wrist.
Eased the swelling quickly. Used to hold a dressing in place.

Could be a bit thicker but for the money very good value. Just double up if you require more support. We use it for protection for the horses that wear bell boots so I’d definitely buy again.

good neck brace cover
I used the tubigrip as a cover to a neck brace. It keeps the brace clean and doesn't look out of place.

Not for wet wrap
This has latex and polyester in it so not for wet wrap or in general for anyone with eczema.
