I can't speak to the performance as I haven't used it long enough yet. The packaging is why I won't buy it again. I hate that u have to twist the cap closed or it oozes all over the place

I use both the conditioner and shampoo. It smells amazing and leaves your hair feeling soft. I have been using it for a few months and have not experienced any build up. The price is pretty decent. My hair feelsSoft and smells amazing.
