Very nice powder
Bought vegan empty capsules size 00 and made my own supply. I could probably make close to 500 so it is a very economical purchase.

Strong flavor!
The idea of powder fenugreek is so great, but it tastes terrible. Adding sugar would really cancel out the effect one is trying to get (reduced glucose). I’m not sure in practice fenugreek is as ideal as the pills.
