I ordered this for school without realizing that it would be delivered after it has started I messaged the company and they were sooo understanding and tried to make the laptop reach me in time. So far the laptop look seamless, and it very fast will definitely give an update.In the future but soo far I love my new laptop. Oh and keep in king it is not touch screen

Product search is touch screen, but it's not. In other respects, the product is in line with expectations, and the interface has slight signs of use.

love the lightweight of it can take it up and down and do things on the go without having to stuggle to keep it up .would 100% recomemnd it to anyone in college or that does office work on the go i evev love the face id that comes with it and fingerprint access .

This laptop was supposed to be in excellent condition. I had the charging cable connected and within 15 minutes, the computer was EXTREMELY hot!! It also had a burning smell. Finally, the computer was never able to boot up. Stay away!!

Having the larger and faster hard drive, this laptop can handle anything that my tasks will require. It was ridiculously simple to set up and connect to my HP printer, which I greatly appreciated. It comes already loaded with Microsoft Office, and no bloatware. Now that my heavy, old clunker HP laptop has died, I am so thrilled with this lightweight, efficient little machine!

I really struggled with the idea of a refurbished computer. I'm really glad I took the chance on this one and it has paid off. It was in good condition and the speed is great.

My computer was starting to slow down and would not use my internet. So I made the decision to switch to a laptop and found this one. What a great find and awesome value and price! I even added the warranty to ensure any future problems. I LOVE the size of the laptop and the screen is large enough for me (Note: I am almost blind/very low vision) Although the part I had to get used to is the fact that it is a Windows 11. With all new Word or Excel which I use a lot. Glad I purchased this computer!

I have some pros and cons on this laptop purchase as a whole. Pros: The laptop was super clean and appeared unused. No scratches or anything. The system started up and ran tasks quickly, touch screen worked great and image was beautiful. This next pro will be explained more in the cons. The return and refund process were painless and very fast. With a 90 day warranty period, the Amazon refurbished offering is low risk. )Just keep all the packaging in case you need it.)Cons: This system came already logged into Windows. I feel it should boot to the Windows setup screen and not already have an account which could have malware installed. I messed around with it for 10-15 minutes to check out the features and then it froze up, rebooting gave me a “Hard Drive not Installed” error. I rebooted to setup, and it worked again for 10 minutes. This was repeated for a while so I learned how to wipe windows with a fresh install. Once it was updated and through the setup I got about 30 minutes before the error occurred again. At that point I submitted my return request and packaged it up.Overall, while it worked it was great. I’ve already ordered the same model as a replacement. Fingers crossed that it has no HD issues.
