Works very well
Works very well. Has some caffeine in them which I love a lot since I take it in the morning 🌞.It helps wake me up and feel good and alert.

Dog fatty tissues dissolving
I give this to my dog daily and about 3 weeks later, the lump began to shrink.DMSO, Green tea extract and Acetyl L-Carnitive.Daily: I open capsule and sprinkle on his food and with Acetyl i sprinkle a little on his food once a day.The lump is about 1/3 gone. I got these products from amazon - a veterinarian wholelistic doctor recommended these products before going for surgery.

Weak but ok
These pills are only 150mg each which is about the same as a cup of tea (3 pills per serving). They are weaker than most options and have rice filler in the capsule. 150mg is easier on an empty stomach than the mega-dose pills so they are a good choice for some people.

Don’t drink caffeine, I took two capsules out of the three recommended and it seriously did the trick. I usually drink a small amount of instant because I can’t do the caffeine of coffee and it was not overpowering. Highly recommend for a bit of a boost that isn’t overpowering
