Good for rope suspension
Saw this being recommended on of the one YouTube channels for rope suspension. Only tried once so far, but so far so good. I weigh ~58kg so it was definitely okay for me although unsure if there's a weight limit.Considering it's a metal ring I'd be surprised if it broke though even with suspension.
