If you’ve been having neck problems from sleeping this pillow will do the trick, it supports your head so well. Very thick, and very firm. It’s great to prop up, and sit up.Only downside is if you like to move your pillow a lot don’t get the king size, it’s so large it makes it difficult.

I am giving this pillow 5 stars, though it did not work for me. I think it will be an excellent find for some who are looking for the qualities this pillow has. First of all, it is excellent quality. It does have a factory smell that I believe will dissipate after a couple days. It is definitely a firm. Like very firm. I am shocked to see people saying this is not a firm pillow. I have been looking for a firm pillow. I have tried 5 so far. They have all been too soft. Then comes this one and somehow it's too hard. I was so bummed. It's also very tall and because it is firm, I didn't sink in far enough into it and it made my neck hurt. I think it'll be awesome for someone else though. I envy that person because this is a great pillow. One thing I want to point out is that in the images for the pillow, it states it is 6 inches. In the product description it says 5 inches. It is in fact 6 inches. I was glad for this at first thinking I maybe wouldn't sink to the bottom. Instead it ended up being too tall.Overall this is a very quality pillow. Firm and supportive. I hope this helps someone in the pillow buying crisis like myself.

I’ve had this pillow for about 6 months now and got it as a replacement for my pricey tempurpedic. The quality is great. It’s thicker which I love and has held up. It’s comfortable and comparable to the tempurpedic. The reason for 3 stars is because it is not cooling at all - in fact, it becomes quite warm and I am constantly having to move. I was hoping for a cooling pillow but this missed the mark.

This pillow has great support. I'm a bigger dude with broad shoulders and I'm a side sleeper. I have tried 5 other expensive pillows and they all went flat and provided no support. This pillow is kinda firm when I first lay my head on it, but it does soften up after a few minutes. I need the loft and support that this pillow provides being a bigger guy and side sleeper. Plus, I haven't experienced any neck pain using this pillow. It's a keeper!

I own a lot of pillows, looking for “the one”. Chronic neck pain and migraines are the worst.Long story short- I think this could be “the one” for a lot of people but it isn’t for me.Because the edges are curved, it causes me to slide down during the night. It might also be a tiny bit too high and since I’m not a very big person, these things make a difference in how the pillow stays nestled under my head. (I DO have a big head but it’s just full of air so it doesn’t hold the pillow down easily. 😂😭.)I’ve needed to find a pillow with very 90 degree angles so nothing slides. This has very faint curves. (I should have known and seen it from the picture but I thought it was subtle enough to do.)If you love a firm pillow like I do, you’ll love this one. Just be sure you’ve got some brains in your head to hold your pillow in place. 🫶

I have bought so many so-called "cooling" pillows over the last decade to sometimes dubious results... Then came Casper. Wow. I have been sleeping soundly and deeply on this pillow for a full week now with no complaints besides a light odor that has faded since opening. The pillow is really well designed for people needing not only a cushioned support for the neck and skull, but ventilation to help keep the temperatures low on the face. The cover is easily removed and washed in a gentle cycle (I have learned over the years not to add softener to the load as this can plug up the fabrics' ability to keep you cool). Casper is exceptional in offering real products that reflect their pricing; many think that the $$$ tag is too high, but just research the companies repeat buyers for the consistent quality and value.

Best pillow EVER!!

The pillow was way too high/thick to sleep on comfortably and it is very firm, so doesn't really compress. I tried it for three nights and ended up with a very sore neck. My husband also tried it and he said the same thing. It does stay very cool, so that's one plus I guess.
