I’ve tried many probiotics more many than I can count and spent a lot of money - i’m not sure of the entire technology or whether or not probiotics can get to the area that they’re most needed due to stomach acid, etc. but cultural is one of the originals and they seem to help me to a degree. Can’t really quantify it, but I’ve tried. I’d literally say dozens and dozens over the years over a 30 year battle with digestive disorders - so I do recommend them to wish they would stop raising their prices and make it accessible to people who need it the most

I’m sure it is a good product but I really don’t see any difference at this time between it and any other probiotic product. I have tried many of the top brands with no significant change in body function by any of them.The one exception was a product that contained GLP, it did reduce my appetite!
