Wow 🤩!! This spearmint tea is absolutely delicious!!!! I am SO happy I tried it!!! The bag is enormous, the tea is organic and full of flavor!! So so so much better than what I find in the grocery stores, and I think I have tried them all!!! I will be trying more of the flavors down the road. Big Yum!!!

This spearmint is fresh and fragrant. The blend does not contain much else than leaf. Spearmint is great for anxiety and mild digestive issues (it's not as potent as peppermint). Great quality.

I've switched to making tea from loose leaf tea and mostly makin my own blends. I make a tulsi mint tea and a green tea, cacao, mint tea. One time the peppermint that I use was backordered, so I decided to try this Frontier Organic Spearmint tea. When I opened the bag, it smelled amazing. I now make both of the teas with a combination of the peppermint and spearmint, but if I could only use one, I'd use this spearmint. It makes an amazing tea and smells heavenly.

Tastes great! Good quantity, although it does contain a few twigs, which is no big deal. Good durability of the packaging. It lingers for a long time in the tea and smells great. It's easy to use for making in a tea ball. It has amazing health benefits, such as clearing skin and helping women with PCOS, which i dont have but many women do. It balances hormones with consistent use! I have even felt a result. Drink this twice a day for 2 months and see the results! Also the picture is of an empty tea bag that I put 1 heaping teaspoon of tea leaves in. And the jar is my own, it was shipped in a silver plastic nonresealable bag.

I first bought this in August of 2017. It’s an enormous bag, so I still have half if it left three years later! I use it to make iced tea in summer, so when I went to make my first batch this year, I noticed the leaves were finally starting to brown and lose the bright green color they’d had for so long, so I decided it was time to treat myself to a fresh bag. In addition to using this spearmint for myself, I also sprinkle about a tablespoon of the leaf straight from the bag over my companion rabbit’s hay a couple of times a week, which he LOVES; it encourages him to eat a lot more hay, which is crucial for rabbits’ gut motility, and we’ve had no emergency vet trips for stasis since I started doing that (knock wood).For my summertime tea, which I call my “Milky Mint Tea,” I use one rounded tablespoon of spearmint leaf for each 8 oz. my pitcher/container can hold plus one extra (so for a container that can hold 32 oz. of liquid, I’ll use 5 rounded tablespoons), I fill the container 3/4 with cold water, shake or stir, and leave it in the fridge overnight. The next day I strain it, pour the strained tea back into the pitcher (it will usually only be about half full at that point), fill it the remainder of the way with non-dairy milk (I usually use non-GMO soy myself), and then lightly sweeten to taste (I use liquid stevia drops). On a hot day, when I’m overheated and tired and thirsty, a glass of that is so light and cooling and refreshing! It tastes like something you’d pay $5 bucks for at Starbucks, but it isn’t loaded with sugar and artificial flavors/colors. I have a medical condition that makes me unable to tolerate heat (that’s an understatement), and there are days I would swear this drink is the only thing that saved me from keeling over and melting into a puddle.

I ordered this because I needed dried mint for cooking. I have not used this for herbal tea.I needed dried mint for Doogh (a cucumber-mint yogurt drink) and this worked perfectly. The flavors are strong and were what I wanted. Stores do not normally sell mint (spearmint) that is dried and mint oil is usually peppermint. The alternative is to buy fresh mint (which is expensive if you do not grow yourself) and dry it.Pros:Consistency of dried leaves is good - I didn't have large amounts of stems or crushed to powderFreshness/Quality - Aroma and flavor are fragrant and strong. I even left a bit out on the table for aroma therapy and it is still noticeable after a couple weeks.Packaging - Tightly sealed in a metallic poly bag (food grade) which aids in quality control and the air space for keeping consistency.Cons:The packaging is not resealable, which is inconvenient with such a large amount of product. To retain freshness, you'll have to repackage in seal-able containers.

If you don't have a ton of mint growing in your backyard, then I recommend this organic mint product. Very fresh and aromatic. Wonderful resulting tea. Great for blending with a little green tea like sencha. Highly recommend!
