Great value, charges quickly

I've had this charger for less than 6 months, and it has broken in numerous ways. First the ground prong broke off of the plug part, so I had to buy a replacement for that part of the cord. Then, the case enclosing the wiring of the charger broke which means that the wires and circuit board are exposed. This resulted in the wires coming detached from the circuit board, and now the charger is completely non-functional. If you're trying to save money, this is not the option for you because you will spend more money and time trying to fix this thing than if you just bought the original cord from Dell.

I bought 2 of these power supplies for my Dell laptop and they are absolutely wonderful. The IT department kept giving me under-powered power bricks that always put my laptop on slow charge. So, I decided to look for an inexpensive quality power brick. Found it! I couldn't be more happier. One at the office. One at home. The original power supply I can in my backpack.

Great backup charger, recommended.

My XPS 9700 needed an extra power adapter, but the official one was too expensive. So I decided to try this one instead. Overall, it works very well. Occasionally, a warning pops up saying it’s not an official charger and may not charge properly, but most of the time it works just fine.

Purchased in January and just stopped working about 3-4 months later. Confirmed it was a charger issue by trying other chargers and checking my usbc ports, but really disappointed. Did charge fast when it was working but I wish I listened to the other reviews here about durability
