Great product no complaints

These tablets are fantastic. I was having very severe hot flushes and chills during which I would be soaked with perspiration from head to toe not just during the day but at night too. This was happening about 8 times a day plus and another 2-4 times at night. I was so depressed with the situation I actually thought I wouldn't be able to live like that for much longer. But low and behold, I took these along with viridian female herbal balance and I am now TOTALLY hot flush free!!! I take 2 of these small tablets in the morning with a viridian female hormone complex and then 1-2 at night. I have very occasionally felt a flush coming through if I have forgotten to take them, so I'm not without them now. I believe the recommended daily dose is 1-2 tablets and usually take double this 3-4 per day but I'm really happy with that. You can experiment a bit to get the right dose for you. I have no concerns about the photoestrogens in it being bad for me. My Mum who is now 74 cured herself of stage 3 hormone dependant breast cancer using a vegan diet and soya when she was in her 50s and she still paints her own very high living room ceiling on a ladder!
