I bought this due to how many advertisements I’ve seen and because my roommate also tried it and liked it. I do like the taste. It does not stir well but considering it’s powder it won’t dissolve as well in cold water, but I noticed overall I felt tired and less anxious around bed time. I think it’s worth trying if you’re curious. It’s something you gotta take for a while and it’s not a miracle worker but it has quality ingredients and it’s a nice drink to have. Only downside is it’s pricey but if you like it I think it’s worth it.

Bought the blue coconut flavor. I like the packaging, taste, smell, mixability and blue color of mixture. It dissolves well. Although I like the taste, I find it sweet - even when mixed in 8+ oz of water. As someone trying to watch my glucose, I’m concerned about having this regularly to experience these reported calming and great sleep quality results. Also, I don’t taste any coconut. Can’t speak to effectiveness much. I’ve had 4 servings and I haven’t noticed any significant calmness and improved sleep quality.

Works good asf in fact, I was drunk and I drank it and it literally sobered me up REAL QUICK. Easy to use. Tastes good enough kind of taste chalky but it’s ok. I didn’t really get side effects yet but we shall see. Really helps with health. My first night It kept me up, so I made sure to drink it earlier in the evening. I finally slept through the night the past couple of weeks and its been amazing. And the flavor is so good. However the price is a little to steep for me to continue to purchase every month. So four stars for how great it is and one less star because of the price.

I saw this product on TikTok but was skeptical. I finally gave it a try and loving it so far! I do feel my mind more at peace and having a calmer feeling throughout the day. Which I have high blood pressure so this is big. I do feel like it has helped with my cravings too as I don’t really crave junk food or sweets anymore. It is expensive but I will buy again.
