Oh my goodness! THIS ointment is a miracle! I have been having an EXTREME dry skin issue on my face and nothing has worked. I've tried numerous skin creams and moisturizers but nothing kept my skin hydrated. I was suffering from dry, flaky and peeling skin until I started using this wonderful miracle ointment. Finally something moisturizing enough for my son's very dry skin! The only thing is that sometimes the oil gets pooled around the tube opening, all you get is some oil on your hand at the beginning. After using it a few times it got better though.

Very rich and definitely moisturizing. I have extremely sensitive skin and didn’t have a reaction to it. This winter season was very much a lifesaver. Love it and definitely will purchase it again.

Updated March 2021- Change of heartAfter using this product religiously for over 3 years I strongly feel it’s no longer what it used to be. The smell is like petroleum, odd and fake. I am hoping it’s a defective tube that I received but I don’t think so, companies change formula and manufacturing location to decrease cost and increase profit.Goodbye eczema and dry skin.I’m a flight attendant and need this product as I fly overseas and want my skin to stay supple and clear of dry spots. Made in Switzerland! How can you say no!

The tube was not sealed under the lid. It was obvious that it not full. Perhaps it was a returned item that was resold. Very expensive for a half tube. The lotion was fine for a moisturizer but it did not stop my itching as I had hoped.

I got this stuff because I have a lot of trouble with super dry cracked hands in the Minnesota cold dry winter months. I'd say this ointment is somewhat helpful to put on your hands and keep on overnight, but I found it to be a lot like Vaseline petroleum in that it didn't seem to absorb into the skin. I personally prefer an extra moisturizing lotion that doesn't stay on the surface of the skin, so I probably wouldn't buy this again.
