I bought this humidifier looking for something quiet and effective... and it exceeded my expectations! It's ultra-silent - I don't even hear it work overnight - and the best thing is that it really lasts all night without having to fill it up. I also like that it has the option to turn on or off the light.I love that it has a small tray to place essential oil which I love to use, the aroma spreads gently throughout the room and creates a super relaxing atmosphere. It is very easy to use, not complicated options.Since I use it, I have noticed that the air in my room (which has carpet) feels cooler and cleaner, which has helped a lot with my breathing and quality of sleep. In addition, it is very easy to clean and without complicated filters. 100% recommended!

I've only been using this humidifier in my bedroom for a little over week now and it has been excellent in adding moisture and reducing dryness. The humidifier is very quiet, which is one of the reasons for my purchasing this particular humidifier. My only suggestion would be that it be able to be top filled as removing the water storage and filling it every few days is a bit burdensome.UPDATE: Now that I have been using this humidifier for a little bit longer I thought I would add an update to my original review. While the humidifier has remained great in adding moisture to my bedroom during the night, I have noticed an occasional gurgling sound throughout the night, but overall the humidifier remains relatively quiet. Also, for older folks please take note that the filling of the water tank can be a chore as the tank must be removed, turned upside down and filled from the bottom. Once this is done the water tank becomes a bit heavy and since there are no handles on the unit carrying it and placing it back on the unit can be cumbersome. When you factor in that you must refill the tank 2-3 times a week, it can prove a challenge for older folks.

Overall this humidifier works pretty well. I've had it for several years now. I finally decided to replace it and did so with a Dreo unit for the following reasons: When the tank is completely full, it's heavy and awkward to flip over onto the base. I replaced it with a Dreo unit that is a top filling and does not have to be removed to fill. You simply lift the lid and pour water in. With this Everlasting unit on high, everything around it ends up wet. I put it on a plastic tray and after running all night, and there is water in the tray every morning, and the carpet around the night stand is slightly damp. With the Dreo unit on high, there is zero water in the tray, and nothing around the unit is damp. I think the mist is finer. With this Everlasting unit, I hear a glub glub throughout the night as the water level decreases and more water goes into the unit. The Dreo unit unit is literally quiet all night. This Everlasting unit is large and not very attractive. The Dreo unit is smaller and has a cool looking blue glow. The Everlasting unit does not have an adjustment for the direction of the mist. The Dreo unit does. This Everlasting Comfort Cool Mist Humidifier is okay, but I'm much happier with the a Dreo unit for the above reasons.

I thought it would be just another humidifier, but since I started using it, I’ve been sleeping way better. It’s super quiet, the mist is soft, and it lasts a long time with just one fill.I use it every night and I no longer wake up with a dry throat or stuffy nose. Even my skin feels better.It’s easy to fill, no filters to replace, no hassle. I add a few drops of essential oil and my room smells amazing.Honestly, I’d buy it again.

Easy to use. Just turn the on/off dial for the amount of mist. On the lowest setting, I can get 4 1/2 to 5 days of cool mist. On the full on position, I can only get one night but it really puts out the mist. It’s very quiet. I don’t even know it is on until the water tank fills in the mister chamber. Definitely worth the money if you need a cool mist vaporizer. I would purchase again.
