Did not work wast of money.
I tried this when it came in the Mail.I put it on my Shoulder , it has a strongSmell. My shoulder hurt more after I put the cream of it on my Shoulder , I did leave on for at least a hour. Wash off with soap and Hot water. Needed to get rid of the smell.Can I return this?

This cream is very watery. It doesn't help at all. Plus it smells awful. I wouldn't recommend it. It's overpriced and ineffective.

It had mostly melted down
Before the Neuroturna had reached my address, it must have been out in the Sun or around a lot of heat. It had melted down and was all messy inside the package. I'm not sure if it's a good product, because for what I thought of the part I used I didn't notice any change in my hand. Could be I didn't get the full effect because it had melted down, but I did get a refund, and I thank you.
