I bought some of these because I heard they're easier to absorb. I was very happy to see a clean ingredient list. I don't love the flavors though, but they're decent. Would continue to buy in the future.

Works great for rehydrating when you are already dehydated. The flavor is good. The taste is sweet, and I am not a sweet fan, but does the trick.

I thought these would be similar to liquid IV. They are not.

It's a must for your medicine cabinet. You never know when you might need it and when you do, it can be a life saver. It's very easy to use, just follow the simple instruction and mix it with some water. The taste is not too bad for a an electrolyte drink. Definitely recommend this.

I tried this after hearing it was better than Liquid IV for those struggling with POTS. But I tried multiple flavors and could not bring myself to drink it. A sickly sweet splenda taste to the drink and all the flavors ended up tasting the same to me.

Kind of gross, but they work very well. Gotta do what ya gotta do. Would buy again, but next time I’ll probably go with just orange which seems to be the least gross, even though I’m not usually into orange flavor.
