It seems to be of very good quality. Although even after adjusting it as far as I could, it is a bit snug. And this is with a normal size head. (no big head jokes please) Someone who does have a large head would not be able to adjust it enough no matter what.

This is a nice heavy cloth hat with no mesh or plastic. It is adjustable for size. The colors are true and vibrant. My husband has wanted a hat like this for years. Glad I could it for him, even if I’m not a Michigan fan.
