A Superb product! I have tried many other brands but this particular Shilajit really does works wondersAfter taking this regularly for about four days I certainly felt I had much more energy and less tired whichIs exactly what I was hoping for. Good product

I bought these as I read they help testerone levels etc for the gym and with it being natural I thought I'd try them.I haven't noticed a huge difference but it's hard to tell as you naturally get stronger asyou lift. I'll try another make that are stronger and see if there is really any difference or its just a selling point with most vitamins and minerals

not sure i'm feeling much difference really. I take one each day with lions mane, turmeric and multi vitamins and well i'm not sure. I may stop with the vitamins and see it that helps. maybe i'm taking too many things to feel the difference. I'm taking this because it says it can boost your fertility and lions mane becuase it can help memory and combat memory loss later in life and turmeric because i'm a runner & cyclist.

High quality, good energy release, easy to swallow capsules, definitely good value for money, always do your research, consult with a doctor if you have any concerns when using this product

Suffered terrible side effects. Horrible flu like symptoms cold shivers, excess sweating and urination that led to extreme dehydration and headache. Stopped taking after 2 days are side effects disappeared within 24 hours. Will be throwing rest of the bottle away. Shame.

I use this item as part of my health regime there’s no after taste like some supplements I have only been taking it for a short while so I cannot say wether it is fantastic but hopefully it does what it says on the bottle but I’m happy with it and the price is excellent

After taking these now for 2 months I have decided to leave a review and share my experience. My energy levels have been very good and I feel like I have lots more energy also my wife has started taking these and she said that they have helped with period cramps and her monthly cycle coming on time
